Job Info:

Design, implement and maintain the organization-s internet protocol (IP) network.

Ensure network availability, scalability, and security.

Configure and troubleshoot network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.

Monitor network performance and proactively identify and resolve issues.

Provide technical support to end-users and resolve network-related issues.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network infrastructure supports business needs.

Develop and maintain network documentation and procedures.

Implement network upgrades and enhancements as necessary. Server Management

Install, configure, and maintain HP/Dell/Lenovo server hardware, software, and network components.

Monitor server performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Manage server security and ensure that all servers are up-to-date with the latest patches and updates.

Monitor server backups and ensure that all data is securely backed up and can be easily recovered in the event of a disaster.

Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure that server resources are used efficiently and effectively.

Broad outline of the Role

experience with IP networking, routing protocols, and network security.

In-depth knowledge of network protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLAN, and VPN.

Industry certifications, such as CCNA, CCNP, or JNCIP, are a plus.

Develop and implement server management policies and procedures specific to HP/Dell/Lenovo servers.

Conduct regular audits of server hardware and software to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Experience in server management for HP/Dell/Lenovo servers.

Strong knowledge of HP/Dell/Lenovo server hardware, software, and network components.

Experience with server virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.

Experience with server operating systems such as Windows Server and Linux.

Familiarity with server backup and disaster recovery solutions specific to HP/Dell/Lenovo servers.

Relevant certifications, such as HP Certified Professional, Dell Certified Technician, or Lenovo Certified Professional.
