Job Description of Associate Transaction Processing Consultant
Data entry of approximately 100-150 fields on the client’s Loan Origination Platform/system.
Retrieve necessary information from loan documents stored in the client’s imaging system.
Indexing of loan documents as per Standard Operating Procedures.
Review and match/complete information on the client funding system used for loan registration and funding.
Identify any discrepancies between the entered information and the loan documents.
Add a suspense condition if any documents are missing or incomplete.
Run Compliance Ease test to assess risks and regulatory exposure for the loan. This test checks compliance with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA, FHLB, secondary market investors, and regulatory requirements.
Add a suspense condition if the loan doesn’t pass the compliance test.
Perform RESPA tests for 0% tolerance fees (Origination & transfer taxes fees) and 10% tolerance fees (Title fees, Appraisal, credit report, etc.).
Maintain a Daily Production sheet to track progress and work completed.
Requirements For this Job Role

Required qualifications for the position include:

At least 6 months of work experience in a Mortgage / Financial Services project.
Willingness to work night/rotational shifts.
No planned leave for the next 3 months.
Not currently pursuing any Course / Degree / Diploma that may affect work or shift schedule.
Knowledge or experience in Auditing and Mortgage is a plus.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel.

Preferred Qualifications
Preferably a Commerce Graduate – B. Com (H) and (P); BBA, BCA, and Economics Graduates can also apply.

Engineering Graduates & candidates from IT backgrounds are not eligible.

Technical Skills:
Proficient in MS Office, IT support applications, and other BPO-related software.
Possesses good typing skills with high accuracy (30-35 words per minute, 90-95% accuracy).
Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Exhibits good decision-making skills.
Flexible with shift timings.
Behavioral Skills
