About the Role: Relationship Manager
As a Relationship Manager, your main focus will be nurturing relationships with corporate clients.

From forex and trade to cash management and tax payments, you’ll be offering a range of products to meet their requirements.

The best part is, you’ll also get to handle retail products like salary accounts, trust services, and credit cards.

Responsibility
Your key responsibilities include acquiring new SME customers and maintaining high service standards for corporate banking solutions.
You’ll build comprehensive customer profiles, considering their risk profile, demographics, and assets within the bank.
Engaging with clients, you’ll deepen relationships and increase wallet share by offering corporate banking products.
Providing corporate solutions such as Trade and Forex, CMS, and SME Loans to existing clients will be an essential part of your role.
Identifying potential customers and offering them tailored products to enhance product penetration is a crucial aspect of your job.
Converting referral leads into new customers is a target you’ll aim to achieve monthly.
You’ll use the CRM system to record and track all client interactions.
Collaborating with the Service Team, you’ll ensure any client issues are promptly resolved.
Complying with KYC/SEBI rules and regulations is important to maintain the bank’s integrity.

Qualifications
To succeed as a Relationship Manager, you need to have a Graduate or Post-Graduate degree from a recognized institute.
If you have prior experience in Business Banking, Treasury, or Foreign exchange fields, that’s even better!
Role Proficiencies
To excel in this role, you’ll need to have good knowledge of banking products and services.
Your communication skills, both verbal and written in English and the local language, should be excellent.
Working under pressure and meeting deadlines will be part of your daily routine, so being able to handle stress is essential.
